八年级班务工作总结
本学期的班务工作中，我始终坚持以理想信念教育和思想品德教育为核心。把加强思想品德教育、纪律教育和法制教育、安全教育、行为习惯教育作为重点，把“自尊、自爱、自信、自强、自律”作为基本内容来开展班主任工作。
一、思想上高度重视，严抓学生的日常行为规范，培养良好的学习习惯。班主任工作可以说是比较琐碎、繁杂的，需要面面具到，我总是不厌其烦、耐心工作，学生每取得一点进步，都是对我的最大安慰，为此付出艰辛，我认为是值得的。在工作中，我始终抓住一条管理主线学校常规的管理。任职之初，我通过书面调查，周记检查和谈心等方式，深入了解每一位学生的基本情况，掌握学生的思想动态。首先严抓学生着装、发型、纪律和劳动卫生等日常行为，亲临指导，力作模范，要求学生比学校规定的时间提前十分钟到位，我首先起到了带头作用。通过一段时间的努力，学生们在日常行为规范方面有了很大的进步。接着我的工作重心随之转移到课堂上来，给学生宣讲课堂常规，帮助学生全面了解学校的各顶规章制度，并根据中学生日常行为规范，课堂常规等制订了班规，班规从某些方面补充并突出了日常行为规范，同时把好日常行为规范的量化考核关。经过努力，我班学生已经形成较强的时间观念，培养了劳动意识，增强了服务意识和竞争意识，养成了良好的行为习惯。
二、认真按时完成学校布置的各项任务。从一开始我就十分重视，做到提前到校，勤下班，勤与学生沟通，勤做学生工作、注意保持家长联系，共同搞好教育。有疑难、有问题时，能及时处理，平时也经常向有经验的老师讨教经验和方法。我从一开始就十分注意了解学生，明确工作重点。利用好每一节班会课，对学生进行思想教育。我着重抓班风的形成。为了树立良好的班风、学风，从一开始就严格要求学生，并注意通过活动增强班级凝聚力。加强了班里学生的集体荣誉感，增强了班级凝聚力，使班风逐渐形成。
三、重视班干部队伍的建设和管理，培养他们的综合能力，发挥他们的先锋模范作用，以影响和带动班级各项工作的开展。班干部是班主任的得力肋手，是班级管理的骨干力量，为了让他们发挥主力和辐射作用，我及时对他们的工作责任心和工作热情给予肯定，时时要求他们以身作则，学会塑造自身的班干部形象，从而树立威信。同时还定期召开班干部会仪，研究针对一周内班级的情况和出现的问题，确定下一周的工作任务和工作重点。也有同学对个别班干部的工作不理解，有时还冷嘲热讽，班干部们都感到很委屈。我得知情况后，立即深入学生当中了解实情，在班会上重申班级纪律及各方面的要求，强调班干部的工作不是为了他个人的私利，而是为了整个班集体在工作，希望同学给予理解和支持。之后我还专门召开班干部会仪，给他们分析原因，指导他们注意工作方法，言行举止不能盛气凌人，作为班干部要与
同学们打成一片，协调好各方面的关系，这对班干部本身也是一种锻炼，并鼓励他们继续努力工作，班干部自身转变了工作作风和工作方法，同学之间的关系也融洽了，班级工作又逐渐好转。针对班上思想较突出的几个调皮学生，我从一开始就密切注意他们的思想、行为变化，出现问题及时找到他们，耐心地对他们做开导工作，而且还十分注意同他们的家长保持联系，双方面做好转化工作，取得了一定成效。同时，我还认识到班主任是班级的组织者和领导者。班主任自身素质的提高和管理能力的加强是管理好班级必不可少的条件。因此，我十分注意自己素质的提高，经常阅读一些有关班主任工作方面的书籍文章。在我的影响和全体学生的努力下，取得一定的进步。
总之，一学期的班主任工作使我学到了许多，能力也得到了加强。但是，由于本人经验不足，心有余而力不足，有些工作还没有做到位，还做得很不够，存在一些问题有待解决，敬请领导谅解。为了学生更好的发展，希望在下一学期继续努力，搞好教学，抓好班级，争取在中考中获得好的成绩。

本学期,本人任教八年级（3）、（4）班的英语教学,根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际情况出发，认真吸取上一学期的工作经验，在本学期的英语教学中去探究、去完善，对个人而言是有不小的进步。本学期的教学工作已经结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：
一、分析学生的基本状况及针对采取的措施。
经上学年对七年级的这两个班的基本情况有了一定的了解，两个班中大部分学生学习态度还是比较认真的，只是他们英语基础知识起步慢，形成在学习方面的认知经较弱，对一些基本的单词及书面表达还是停留初始阶段，“听、说、读、写、”能力有待加强。还一部分学生，学习态度不端正，对学习英语的兴趣不浓；有的学生还连拼写都困难，学习不主动。不过，有一部学生还是很努力学习，很努力想把英语这一门课程学好的，这也是我感到心慰的。因此，我做了以下几点努力：
1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及参照实行学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级、同学科的老师进行教学方式及方法的交流，共同研究讨论教学过程中的所取得的成果和存在的不足，更好的把握教程中的重点及难点，解决突出的教学中出现的问题。
2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文.养成学生读的习惯，以培养学生的语感。为此，常抓在学习英语方面不讲究方法的学生，做他们的课外辅导，让学生有更多的时间来思考如何才能学好英语这一问题。
3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听说训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；课堂内坚持组织学生的结对活动，鼓励学生多说多练。目的在于强化学生对每一单元中基本句型的掌握。本学期更加注重作文教学，坚持把每个单元的写作从简单着手，并逐步扩展满足不同程度学生的需要。
4、抓听写。运用学校配备的语音教具，在每周的课程中安排出二节课的时间让学生专听语音范读，而后用一节课的时间让学生把上课时听到的内容写下来，再进行与录音范读内容进行对比，反复进行，练会为止。在每一课程的完成教学后，注重本课程基础的温习与相关英语考试题型复习，做好每一个教学环节。
二、个人的专业技能学习及提高
1、本学期我一直在参加英语TTR的培训。通过参加英语TTR的培训，让我更加了深入解了英语课堂教学结构与教学方法。使得我在本学期教的过程中更有目的性，教学结构更趋于合理化，教学手段上也更加丰富。课前认真备课，努力完善自己的教学结构，使自己的教学环节更加紧凑。更好的为教学服务。深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学。并不断调整自己的教学方法来调动学生学习的积极性。
2、积极参加国家级、省级、市级的教研教改活动，积极撰写论文参加评比评奖，得到课组的支持并通过同事的帮助录制课堂教学视频参加全国“优质课”比赛，运用网络上到学校教育博客进行查阅相关的教学技能和方法及与各兄弟学校的同行们进行教学上交流。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

八年级下学期期末总结报告
八年级学期年度学业完成，学业总结和反思。由于没有了期末测试，所以无法进行期末对比，进能从平时成绩得出对比。
语文：从整个学期来看，平时没有认真的去学习课文和古诗文，因此在平时考试时也就在基础方面了很多分，这要引起十分注意。第二就是，课外阅读没有认真审题，匆匆下笔，因此这方面也就做得很不理想。对语文的学习没有浓厚的兴趣，没有按照学习计划实施是很重要的一点。在暑期自己预习九年级因学内容。
数学：成绩好过的去，但不是非常好。在计算方面比较粗心。在巩固知识的情况下，在假期预习九年级的课程，有助于成绩的提高。
英语：主要原因，对于英语，平时花在本科时间太少。对本科的态度还是没有明显端正。3在复习或预习本课时，不认真，总是敷衍了事。对本科没有兴趣。以上四点，应从好好学习此刻开始，培养兴趣，以达到更好的成绩。在假期去补习英语，在复习时同时预习九年级。
地理。生物：原本这两科成绩较差，但在后来老师的复习中，多次的测试，大量的练习后，成绩进步十分快。在假期只要巩固知识，在适当做一些练习就可以了。
其他科目基本无变化，因没有考试，状况无法真正了解。
