二00九年岸头实验学校食堂工作总结

“民以食为天”,作为后勤工作重点之一的食堂管理,怎样激活内部活力,完善竞争机制,提高劳动效率,更好地为师生服务,这是我们后勤管理人员孜孜以求的目标之一。为此,自我校食堂创建以来,我们更加努力地探索食堂的新路子。多年来,我们基本形成了一套自己的管理模式,为了更好地总结经验、弥补不足,我从以下几方面作简要回顾:
一、抓机构建立,促组织落实:1、机构设置及人员管理
(1)伙食部所有成员实行聘用制。年度开始,学校领导小组对其进行全面考核,择优录用。被录用的人员必须服从管理,踏实工作,在聘用过程若有违规违纪的,伙食部有权对其进行行政和经济制裁,直至中途解聘。
(2)建立建全各项规章制度的组织落实,年终进行考核评比。
2、食堂工作人员的身体执行学年度体检制度,发现身体状况欠佳的,采取暂时停用休养的办法,待身体完全恢复后再考虑安排;对食堂环境卫生实行周检查制度,发现问题,立即指出改正。
3、抓文明礼貌的落实:我们提倡文明用餐、礼貌服务,要求班主任做好在校用餐学生的文明用餐的教育,而且,每天学生用餐时都要求值周领导入餐厅巡视,值日教师定桌服务,帮助解决学生用餐中的具体问题。二、食堂管理的具体做法:
(一)严格管理制度,共创文明服务。
学校的主要工作是教学,后勤管理的宗旨是坚持为教学服务,而作为后勤管理重中之重的工作食堂管理工作,更是直接影响学校工作的正常开展。为此,我们特制订了一系列的规章制度,确保食堂工作的正常开展。1、出勤制度:不随意更改作息时间2、劳动管理:
(1)和睦相处、礼貌待人,杜绝与就餐人员发生冲突,情节严重者送司法机关依法追究刑事责任。(2)节约水电,做到人走灯灭,水用即关。
(3)专人负责操作房,按市技术质量监督局的要求定期进行检测。不得擅离岗位,不违规操作,否则,所造成的一切责任事故均有当事人承担。3、其它:
(1)炊事人员不准在伙食部喝酒、吃特殊饭。
(2)不得违犯操作规程,无故损坏炊具;不得不经同意擅自把伙食部的物品外借;不得偷盗食堂各种食物、材料、票证、餐具等。违者根据情节轻重给予处分,直至劝其离岗。
(二)加强卫生管理,增强忧患意识。
食堂卫生是隐患的源泉、发源地。在卫生管理上我们坚持每周召开民主生活会,做到警钟长鸣,增强职工的忧患意识,尽可能地把隐患扼制在盟芽状态;我们要求每一位职工必须做到:
1、上班时间所有职工,一律要穿工作服。
2、注意个人卫生,勤理发、勤剪指甲、勤换衣服、勤洗澡,不留长发、小胡子,开饭先洗手。
3、食堂内外实行定人、定点、定时间、定要求,必须做到每日清扫、周末大扫。4、各种餐具、笼布、机械等要洗刷干净,做到木见本色,铁见光,用后摆列整齐,生熟用具严格分开不得混用。
5、开饭时不准吸烟,不准面向食品说话、咳嗽,不准涂脂抹粉。6、认真执行《食品卫生法》和卫生制度,形成制度,对照评比。(三)严格检测与监督,创名牌效应。
食堂管理既要有一套完善的管理制度,更要有过硬的检测与监督机制,才能确保制度的纯粹性、真实性,也才能吸引更多的家长了解学校,了解学校食堂管理,也只有这样,学校才能在家长中树立起名牌效应,才能让更多的家长放心地把自己的孩子送到学校来用餐。我们具体做法是:
1、控制进货渠道,不进劣质低价菜、不进来路不明菜。1000多人用餐需要每周去凌家塘采购各种食品,如:肉、菜、蛋、主、副食等.由我校行政亲自去采购,严把没有"检疫证"、"食品卫生许可证"的食品,一律不采购存放时间长的、变质变味的统统拒之门外,严防食物中毒事件的发生,切实保证每位师生的身体健康.在此期间我食堂用餐师生无发生任何肠道疾病和食物中毒事故.
2、不定期对工作人员进行思想教育、贯彻落实食品卫生法的要求等.通过学习,增加工作人员在工作中的服务质量和意识.切实做好我校食堂的食品卫生、餐具的"一洗、二冲、三消毒"工作,做到随用随清,每周对厨房一次大清扫.如发现工作中有不到位之处立即指出,勒令改正即时到位.全体工作人员能够认真作好本职工作,明确职责、各司其职、服从分配、随叫随到,保证职工的工作正常运转.3、由保管员负责经常检查食堂仓库,不把变质变腐的米煮给学生吃。4、对库存食品进行盘点交接,每天我都亲自下厨房和他(她)们一起工作、沟通,对食堂工作方面的所需与不足详细了解,并对目前现状不足之处即时改进.如卫生情况:我亲自到厨房带头和他们一起将天花板、墙壁、灶台、蒸箱、地面、以及库房等,统统进行了彻底大清扫.每次清理行之有效,厨房有了明显改观。三、存在问题
随着国民经济的发展,人民的生活水平也得到了改善,同时也给我们的独生子女养成了娇生惯养的坏习惯,主要表现在:1、挑食、偏食,导致倒菜现象严重;
2、小朋友们独立生活能力较差,有时会出现吃不饱、吃不好的现象,而引起家长的不放心。
另一方面,食堂工作人员由于缺乏小学生心理学的研究,往往不能想学生所想,正确善待每一位学生这都给食堂管理带来一定的困难。
食堂管理工作是一项长期、细致、艰苦的工作,只有认真、踏实地做好工作,才能保质保量、万无一失。但是,任何一项工作都有它有利的一面,也有它问题的一方,我们只要一分为二地看待它,困难也会变得得心应手。所以,我坚信,在校领导的关心和监督下,在全体食堂工作人员的共同努力下,我校食堂一定会越来越兴旺发达。

201*年,我校工会在上级组织和学校党支部、行政办的领导下,坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以胡锦涛总书记的“八荣八耻”社会主义荣辱观,科学发展观为指导,按照“组织起来,切实维权”的工作方针,以创新为动力,以教工大会和教代会为依托,以各种活动为载体,充分调动广大教师的积极性和主动性,坚定了教职工的理想信念,凝聚了教职工人心,激发了教职工干劲。更加密切了教职工思想、工作和生活,做了得人心、暖人心、稳人心的工作。具体总结如下:一、加强学习,强化师德教育,提高教师思想素质。
工会组织全体教职员工深入学习了十七大和“三个代表”,特别是深刻学习关于如何“保持共产党员先进性”的精神,提出了党员教师要发挥先锋模范作用,要发扬党员教师的旗帜作用。在掌握基本观点,领会精神实质上下工夫,提高教师爱岗敬业的自觉性。工会还开展了师德师风教育活动,组织新教师每周会前师德演讲。全体教师结合贯彻十七大精神,自觉增强事业心和责任感,树立新的教育理念,尊重学生,信任学生,了解学生,关心学生,帮助学生。二、配合学校抓好在职培训,提高教师的业务水平。
工会配合学校做好教师的继续教育工作。树立终身学习的理念,把教师继续学习,提高综合素质作为一项重要的工作来抓:暑期组织教师进行校本全员培训,全面提高教师业务水平;加强教师的各级各类业务培训;不断改善学校的学历结构,提高整体学历水平;鼓励教师在教学实践中使用信息技术,在实践中不断提高。同时还协助学校做好课改工作,抓好课改研究,加强课题研究的责任意识,把课题研究当作课改工作的重点来抓,以课题研究促进课改工作,做好课题研究的跟踪记录,深入课堂、深入教研组,参与课改工作。学校设立教师基本功训练制度,为三十五周岁以下教师在校内校外搭建舞台,让教师上练兵课、展示课、评比课等。开辟论坛,让教师倾诉、讨论。
三、坚持校务公开,加强行风建设,发挥工会的监督功能。
教职工是学校的主人,是学校物质文明和精神文明的创造者和建设者。学校工会长期以来,一直关心职工生活,坚持教代会制度,充分发挥教代会的桥梁、纽带作用,增强教师的主人翁精神,参与学校的民主管理。每学期开学前,学校都召开教职工代表大会。会前由学校党支部及工会委员会商榷列出教代会讨论的提案主题及要点,积极让教师参与学校管理。我们列出学校发展的目标改革;让全体教师参与讨论。让他们以主人翁的精神参与学校全方位的民主管理。
四、以人为本,积极开展各项活动丰富教职工生活
为了进一步活跃校园的文化氛围,丰富教职工的课余生活,在学校党政领导的重视和大力支持下,工会能够积极主动地开展形式多样的文娱和体育活动,主要开展了以下活动:
1.学校教工之家的活动主要有:继续开展好职工的业余活动,坚持训练,开展小组比赛,让教师积极锻炼身体,让教职工感受到课余活动的愉悦。
2.学校党政、工会十分关心女职工的工作与生活,“三八”妇女节,学校组织全体女职工春游,使全体女职工感受到学校的温暖。
3.本年度学校工会根据工作计划组织教职工开展了一些有益的活动,如:“三八”妇女节庆祝活动,“五四”青年节演讲比赛活动,元旦节有全体教职工参与的文娱体育活动等等。
通过开展活动,既融洽了教职工的关系,增进了同事之间的情感,又增强了学校教职工的凝聚力,为创建和谐校园起到的良好的作用。五、情暖人心,积极开展好送温暖活动真诚关心生活困难及退休教师生活
为了让广大教职工感到学校的温暖,进一步激发广大教职工的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,我校工会能够积极配合学校党政领导,大力开展送温暖活动,千方百计地为教职工办实事、办好事。主要工作如下:
1.探望病患:凡是知道教职工(含离退休教师)本人,或者骨干教师的家人患病住院的,工会领导都能陪同学校领导或受学校领导委托,前往医院或家里看望和安抚,帮助病人消除思想顾虑,尽早恢复身体的康复。
2.慰问丧事:遇到教职工本人或直系家属作古,工会领导都能前往吊唁与慰问,并发动所在工会小组主动给予关心,帮助解决善后事宜。
3.庆贺婚嫁:工会领导十分重视这项工作,能够在婚庆前夕及时到教职工家里道喜,遇到女教工分娩,工会女工委员也能够及时代表工会前往慰问。4.关心退休工作:学校行政、党支部、工会在教师节、重阳节、春节都要上门拜访、慰问离退休教师,并送去慰问金。此外,工会对患病、生活困难的退休教师也及时伸出了援助之手。学校领导、工会干部及时探望了因病住院的退休老师,并多次到家慰问,给予安慰和鼓励,让他们感受到了集体的温暖树立了和疾病斗争的信心。工会还积极向上级工会反映,为其申报困难职工补助,争取上级组织的帮助
六、召开学校六届三次教职工大会,做好绩效工资的发放工作。
一年来,学校工会在学校党支部的大力支持下及全体教职工的共同努力下,做了一定的工作,取得了一定的成绩。但在总结成绩的同时,我们也清醒的认识到存在许多不足,许多地方仍须改进。在新的一年里,我们将继续发扬成绩,克服存在的问题,发挥好工会职能,不断提高管理和服务水平,积极发挥党联系群众的桥梁和纽带作用,积极主动地为学校办实事,为教职工办好事。相信,在全体教职工的共同努力下,学校工会会越办越好。
