工作成果:

开箱:12m渣罐11个退火:钢锭模15支

工作改革:

退火班:针对元月七号,全车间工业用电跳闸的情况,对退火工、作业人员进行断电应急预案与演练。针对忽然断电的特殊情况,确保生产的安全稳定。

开箱班:改进生产步骤,不影响开箱速度的同时,保证了现场的整洁规范,并保持全月现场文明卫生的认真落实

工作漏点:

退火班:二号炉侧压紧频繁出现故障,例行维护没有落实到位。开箱班:行吊指挥手势要规范,以保证与天车工的密切配合。

工作重点:

1.安全生产,平平安安回家过年

2.设备点检,制定了把设备分组分配给各个班员,并制定了规范的维护操作规程。

3.面对节假日,心不能散,在最紧要关头仍要保质保量的完成生产任务。

4.以学习的心态面对工作中面对的,重点难点,以确保学以致用。

1.整个班组无安全事故发生2.整个班组全月无设备损坏发生3.在厂里规定的产量下尽量超额完成任务
