工作改革：
退火班：针对元月七号，全车间工业用电跳闸的情况，对退火工、作业人员进行断电应急预案与演练。针对忽然断电的特殊情况，确保生产的安全稳定。
开箱班：改进生产步骤，不影响开箱速度的同时，保证了现场的整洁规范，并保持全月现场文明卫生的认真落实
工作漏点：
退火班：二号炉侧压紧频繁出现故障，例行维护没有落实到位。开箱班：行吊指挥手势要规范，以保证与天车工的密切配合。
工作重点：
1.安全生产，平平安安回家过年
2.设备点检，制定了把设备分组分配给各个班员，并制定了规范的维护操作规程。
3.面对节假日，心不能散，在最紧要关头仍要保质保量的完成生产任务。
4.以学习的心态面对工作中面对的，重点难点，以确保学以致用。
