2月份工作总结
转眼间一个月已过去，回顾过去的29天时间，在酒店领导的关怀
下，紧紧围绕着酒店提出的“宾客至上，服务第一”的宗旨而努力。我在工作中所负责的主要是酒店的相关文字以及招聘工作，虽然跟胡主管学了很多知识，但在操作起来总有疏忽之处，我所做的工作与金帝大酒店“主动，热情，礼貌，周到”的一贯工作作风相比还存在着一些问题与差距，以下几点为自己对照差距反省所存在的问题：一、工作上不积极主动，缺乏一定主观能动性。总认为把属于自己的事情完成任务了，不积极主动配合其它事务。导致有时看着人家在忙的团团转，而自己却无所事事。
二、平时总是处于一种“要我做”而不是“我要做”的工作状态，工作有拖拉现象，而且有时不够细心，为此写出的稿件以及收集的资料质量都是不太高。
三、由于自己专业水平的局限，本月对金帝大酒店的招聘宣传工作还有很多未做到位，没有达到酒店既定的宣传效果。
四、缺乏创新意识，导致写出来的东西缺乏一定的创新内容以及实质性的内容，总显得太过平泛、太过空洞。
对以上几点自身所存在的问题，已切实地影响到自己的本职工作，作为一名的酒店行政办人员，我感到十分内疚。但过去的都已成为过去，学习先进找差距，总结不足求上进，为此，我将认真总结，实实在在分析原因，找出存在的问题，从中吸取经验和教训，并在以后的工作中不断改进，以下为下半年我决心做好的几个方面：一、遵守规章制度，及时并保质保量的完成上级领导交办的各项任务。二、充分发挥个人的专业特长，做一名合格的秘书。当好酒店领导的助手，充分发挥自己所学。
三、搞好酒店企业文化宣传及员工培训工作，使金帝大酒店企业文化更深入基层、深入人心，更能体现出酒店的特色。
四、加强专业知识水平的提高，不断拓展自己的知识面，争取在实践中不断积累更多的经验，努力使自己成为一名多面手的人才。
