一、概况
本次测量任务受横山县高兴庄煤矿委托,由横山县煤炭规划开采测绘中心承担并组织施测。主要进行横山县高兴庄煤矿近井点测量,为该矿井以后的规划、开采、测绘提供测量资料。1.1.测区情况
横山县高兴庄煤矿,位于陕西省榆林市横山县波罗镇高兴庄村,行政划区隶属于榆林市。测区地势总体东、南、北偏高,中部、西部偏低,海拔高程一般为1000m-1100m,以山地、冲沟为主。1.2.作业依据
本工程执行规程、规范和技术要求如下:

本次测量已知点成果来源于横山县煤炭规划开采测绘中心,该成果均为高斯投影面为3°带第36投影带,中央子午线为108°00′00″,
1954年西安坐标系,1956年黄海高程系。坐标如下表:

测量作业人员于201*年4月17日抵达横山县高兴庄煤矿,进行外业踏勘找点、选点等工作。3月18日开始测量工作,3月19日结束全部外业工作。参加本工程的测量人员有:刘常、贺斌、马彦峰等人进行现场工作。
1.6、使用主要仪器设备
本工程使用ZHDV8双频GPS接收机,仪器均由国家计量部门授权检定单位进行过鉴定,其结果满足GPS规范规定与本工程精度要求,并在测量外业开始前按规范要求对仪器相关项目进行了常规检验,且检验结果表明所用仪器设备性能稳定、可靠。
二、控制测量
本次测量为高斯投影面为3°带第36投影带,中央子午线为108°00′00″,1954年西安坐标系,1956年黄海高程系.2.1、GPS观测技术要求(1)基线边长相对中误差优于

(8)天线高在观测前、后各量测一次2.2、平差计算
GPS网基线解算采用商用基线解算软件ZHD201*进行,基线解算工作于观测当天晚上传输完数据后随即完成,并及时组成闭合环、进行三维无约束平差进行检验。解算出每个时段的合格基线,组成同步环进行检验。检验可知其组成的同步环闭合差均满足要求。异步环闭合差是衡量GPS网外业观测数据质量最重要的指标,最后平差时为保证全网有良好的图形结构。本次观测闭合环,其中异步环闭合差的最大值为1.5ppm可以看出:其异步环闭合差非常小,表明GPS网观测数据质量优良,观测中不含粗差观测值,所选基线可供内业平差计算使用。2.3、GPS网平差
平差计算采用ZHD-201*软件,利用2个已知点进行约束平差。2.4精度评定
为了对GPS网内部符合精度进行检验评估,以及检测和剔除粗差观测值,先进行WGS-84坐标系下的三维无约束平差。然后进行约束平差,从网平差结果可知,未发现其粗差观测值,基线向量改正数较小且服从正态分布,边长中误差分布正常,最弱边相对中误差1/124520>1/40000、最弱点点位中误差15mm<50mm值均比较小,表明该网达到了较高的精度。
三、质量检查及验收
质量,作为一个工程项目的灵魂,它决定着一个工程的成败。在质量体系上我们执行“三查二审”的原则。所为三查:自查、互查、专业查。二审:项目负责人审查、测量部审核提交最终成果。对本工程而言所有基础控制资料都已通过内外业完成200的检查。测量部审核终成果提交正式成果报告。
本项目验收工作有监理部组织,有甲方领导、煤矿测量站代表、监理部、施工单位横山县煤炭规划开采测绘中心协助配合於4月19日对测量方法、使用设备、工作进度等进行了全面的论证和检查。
四、结论
横山县高兴庄煤矿近井点测量应用了测绘高端技术使用了高精度测量仪器GPS(ZHD-V8),满足工程质量保证了工程进度。

一、目的与任务
受山西晋煤集团晋圣坡底煤业有限公司的委托,山西省第四地质工程勘察院于201*年9月21日-9月24日对原山西晋城西上庄坡底煤业有限公司井下进行测量。
二、工程概况1、位置及范围
山西晋煤集团晋圣坡底煤业有限公司位于晋城市西北5Km的五门村附近。距晋煤集团约20km。行政区划隶属晋城西上庄乡管辖。其地理位置为东经:112°45'29〃-112°47'14〃,北纬35°29'57〃-35°32'41〃。
井田范围由以下7个拐点坐标(6°带)连线圈定而成,见表1-1:井田东西宽2.80km,南北长5.40km,面积为7.4176km2。

井田距晋城市二环路西约2km,有简易公路与之相连,距太焦线晋城北站10km,距晋焦高速公路约20km,晋城市环城高速公路从井田东部经过。井田与周边村镇及工矿企业均有乡村公路相通,交通较为便利。
3、工程测量内容
⑴、地面建四个西安80坐标西E级GPS近井点;⑵、井下:
a、主立井、副立井、风立井井口定位;
b、进行井上下联系测量,测量一条陀螺边,留六个(两组)固定点;c、对已形成的巷道进行测量。

四、已有资料1、控制点资料
收集到等级GPS控制点:西掩(D级)、北岩煤矿炸药库(D级)、尾气检验站(D级)、核桃洼(D级)四个,坐标系为1980年西安坐标系,6度带高斯投影(中央子午线为111°),1985年国家高程基准。
经实地踏勘后,四个控制点水泥桩保护完好。

由中国人民解放军总参谋部测绘局于1972年3月航摄,1974年6月调绘,1977年第一版。1954年北京坐标系,1956年黄海高程系,等高距为10米,1971
年版图式,1:5万地形图原相(94922乙)幅。
五、测量
1、采用仪器设备
(1)南方测绘仪器公司生产的五台套NGS9600单频GPS接收机标称精度:静态平面精度:±5mm+1PPm高程精度:±10mm+2PPm
(2)南方NTS-322、NTS-662R型防爆全站仪各一台套。标称精度:测角精度:2″测距精度:2mm±2PPm
(3)徐州光学仪器厂生产的JTl5型陀螺经纬仪及配套附件。(技术参数:陀螺方位角一次测定中误差≤±15″;经纬仪一测回水平方向测角中误差≤±6″。)
(4)用于井上、下联系测量的绞车、重锤、50m钢尺等投影设备。(5)笔计本电脑二台。
2、软件使用
(1)使用南方CASS7.0成图软件和南方GPS数据处理软件(软件版本为4.4),操作系统为WindowsXP。
(2)井下控制测量采用清华山维平差易软件进行平差计算。
3、基本技术原则
(1)平面坐标系统
坐标系统为1980年西安坐标系,6度带高斯投影(中央子午线111°)。(2)高程系统
高程系统采用1985年国家高程基准。
4、人员安排
共配置了八名测量人员完成本次测量工作,由常剑锋负责具体工作,李毅、张振华、焦宇清、裴广月、刘日、乔云波、杜小伟完成具体测量工作,张振华主要负责测量,李毅为专职检查员,对测量数据进行质量检查,无误后转入内业计算。
5、安全措施
(1)井下施工人员必须佩戴自救器。
(2)瓦斯员随时检查施工点瓦斯浓度,低于0.5%,必须立即撤人。(3)施工现场悬挂CH4瓦斯报警器,报警浓度0.5%,一旦报警,安检员必须立即组织撤人。
(4)现场各派一名瓦检员、安监员,负责现场监督检查。(5)施工人员要听从瓦检员、安监员的指挥。
(6)作业员在作业中应严格遵守煤矿的各项规章制度,服从煤矿安全管理人员的安排和引导,防止意外事故发生。
(7)作业员在井下定向测量要占用井口,此时,井口罐笼要固定好,井下要铺平井底,确保测量用水桶能平稳地放在井底,使测量顺利进行。
(8)井下作业人员入井时要穿戴好工作服和安全帽,严禁携带烟火,严禁酒后下井。
(9)井下作业人员要服从煤矿管理人员的安排,不能随便进入盲巷、冒落区。(10)作业人员所采用的测量仪器必须为防爆仪器,确保安全测量。(11)主井投点时需双罐笼全部提升到井架上,井口铺板后再进行投点测量,投点时注意脚下,防止踩空。
6、地面平面控制测量
根据工程要求,本次首级平面控制网以E级GPS网来布设,高程控制以E级GPS测量。
(1)选点埋石
GPS点周围应视野开阔,视场内障碍物的高度不宜超过15°,点间距以100~500米之间为宜;距离强发射源不小于200m,高压线不小于50m;避开强烈反射卫星信号的大型建筑物。所有点的埋设均应有利于长期保存,始终应以看到井口面中心点为原则,相邻点间须通视良好,有利于联系测量。
控制点是本次测量中十分重要的起算依据,一定要埋设好,保护好。标石采用预制混凝土标石,标石上底200mm×200mm下底400mm×40mm高600mm。点标芯采用Φ14mm,长200mm带钩钢筋,上锯“十”字。混凝土选用C20号,表面平滑,标芯露出标石面5mm,标芯要安置在标石中心。挖好坑后,下方大于20cm的现浇混凝土浇筑,中间夯实回填土,上面用厚度≥5cm,宽度≥10cm的
现浇混凝土封口。埋石时使字头向北。
(2)控制网施测
以西掩(D级)、尾气检验站(D级)、核桃洼(D级)为基点,充分利用原有已知控制点布设成GPS三角网,采用边连式的布网方式,相邻点间最大距离≤10km、最小距离≥100m;野外观测采用五台套NGS9600单频GPS接收机,静态相对定位测量方法,根据《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规范》(GB201*)的有关规程、规范作业,卫星高度角≥15°、有效卫星观测总数≥4颗、有效观测时段≥60分钟、数据采样间隔20min、点位几何图形强度因子PDOP≤6;平面为1980年西安坐标系,6度带高斯投影(中央子午线111°),Y值已加500km,高程为1985年国家高程基准。
采用南方GPS数据处理软件进行数据解算1、无约束平差
GPS网无约束平差是在WGS-84坐标系下的平差,处理由于多余观测误差而引起的网内不符值,以反映GPS网的内部符合精度,平差过程中没有发现粗差现象,平差结果为:最大点位中误差:
Mxy=0.018(米)2、平面
以西掩(D级)、尾气检验站(D级)、核桃洼(D级)控制点作为基准点对GPS网进行1980年西安坐标系二维约束平差。
最大点位中误差:M=0.043466(米)最弱边相对中误差:M/S=1:610003、高程(约束平差)
以西掩(D级)、尾气检验站(D级)、核桃洼(D级)控制点高程作为起算数据,对GPS网进行1985国家高程基准的高程约束平差,拟合大地水准面,推算GPS网点的高程。

7、井下投点测量
为了使得井上、下采用统一的平面坐标系和高程系统,应进行联系测量。联系测量根据工程特点进行一井单丝投点,陀螺全站仪定向的方法进行。投点时用
的钢丝应尽可能采用小直径的高强度钢丝,但必须保证足够的抗拉强度。在垂线下放后,严格检查重砣与桶壁、桶底之间及垂线与井壁、井筒设备之间有无接触之处。当确认无接触后,在钢丝完全稳定后井上下同步进行观测。摆动垂线位置采用标尺法确定摆动垂线位置,按垂线的最大摆幅在标尺上的位置,连续读取13次以上(次数为奇数)的读数,并取左、右读数平均值的中数作为垂线在标尺上的稳定位置。按上述方法连续进行两次,两次结果的互差不超过1mm,取其平均值作为最终结果。
钢丝至仪器间的长度采用钢尺丈量方法进行,在垂线稳定情况下应用钢尺以不同起点丈量六次,取其平均值作为丈量结果。同一边长各次观测值互差不大于2mm。
山西晋煤集团晋圣坡底煤业有限公司从主立井投影,经投影丈量加钢尺各项改正数(比长改正、拉力改正、温度改正、自重改正)后,主井井深为131.871米。
8、井下导线测量
井下导线控制为一条支导线和一条符合导线并加测了一条陀螺定向边,具体描述如下:(1)符合导线
符合导线是由“主井”到陀螺导线边“K11K12”构成方位角符合条件,由点风井、K1、K2、K3、K4、K5、K6、K7、K8、K9、K10、K11、K12、主井构成,导线长为104.226m。(2)支导线
支导线由点K12、K13、K14、K15、K16、K17、K18、K19、K20、K21、K22、K23、K24、K25、K26、K27、K28、K29、K30、K31、K32、K33、K34、K35、K36、K37、K38、K39、K39-1、K40、K41、K41-1构成,导线长为801.53m。导线网测量采用《煤矿测量规程》要求进行。
水平角观测主要技术要求:

9、井下陀螺边测量
用徐州光学仪器厂生产的JTl5型陀螺经纬仪,采用跟踪逆转点法观测,严格按照施工设计要求对井下陀螺边进行施测,施测前、后都对陀螺经纬仪的悬挂零位进行了检查,零位中值都小于0.5格,满足仪器测量要求,不需要进行零位改正,施测地面已知边“A-PD01”的陀螺方位求算仪器常数和子午线收敛角。
陀螺经纬仪定向的技术要求逆转点法观测的限差陀螺全站仪相邻摆动中精度等级值的互差值的互差30″差的互差0.4s差的互差0.6s间隔摆动中相邻时间间隔时间中天法观测的限差±15″注:S为时间单位秒。

1、本次平差处理采用NASEW(清华山维)控制网平差软件。
山西晋煤集团晋圣坡底煤业有限公司井下导线由符合无定向导线和支导线构成,另外加测了一条陀螺方位角,全站仪的测角精度较高(方向观测值中误差为4″),作为0类观测值输入,陀螺边方位角观测值较低(中误差为15″),作为4类观测值输入,不同类观测值有不同的先验精度,软件在处理中赋予不同的权。
NASEW(清华山维)控制网平差软件有详细的精度评定,如点位误差及误差椭圆、点间精度及点间误差椭圆,能把不同精度观测值融合到同一个网内进行严密的数学估算,提供精确、可靠的数据。
2、平差起算数据说明

影坐标和高程,K12-K11陀螺方位角。

三角高程网输入数据为已计算求得的间接高差和平距,在进行三角高程网平差处理时,考虑到垂直角的测角误差、测距误差影响及仪器高和目标高的丈量影响,其先验精度设为5mm。
