时光飞逝日月如梭，转眼201*年已悄然过去，在这举国上下普天同庆的新年开端，我也满怀着喜悦的心情对过去一年的工作作个简单的总结和汇报，以求不断丰富自己、完善自己、充实自己，将自己置身于大庆职业学院改革和发展的最前沿。
201*年至今，我一直都在储蓄出纳岗位工作，始终本着对工作认真的态度和高度的责任心，刻苦钻研，认真提高政治思想觉悟，坚决执行国家有关的金融政策和法规，积极学习各项业务知识，熟悉正确及时地办理各项业务，我院校食堂以规范服务，优质服务为核心，我作为续卡员每天续卡人数上千人次，工作量较大，但是对学生教师的询问，都能做较好解答，能做到优质服务。今年几次由于系统不稳定，我也积极配合食堂做处理，我知道不能耽误学校的正常用餐时间，以免造成不必要的损失。
因此，我深刻地体会到此岗位的重要性和责任性，就是要坚决按照岗位职责严格要求自己，照章办事，加强监督，保证资金和财产的安全，恪守信用，诚实服务，自觉遵守各种规章制度，对学生诚心、热心、细心、耐心，维护学生的正当利益，实、准确、合法后才能输入电脑。每天以高度的责任心和敬业精神工作，除了要加强自己的理论素质和专业水平外，作为储蓄出纳岗位的一线员工，我们更应该加强自己的业务技能水平，这样我们才能在工作中得心应手，更好的为广大教工和学生提供方便、快捷、准确的服务。因此，我经常利用下班后和业余时间在支行里刻苦学习，勤练技能，终于功夫不负有心人，在支行的每次技能测试中都能名列前茅。
新年新气象，我仍然会不断的努力，为**事业发出一份光，一份热！我由衷的相信，树立“爱**、做主人、尽责任“的理念，弘扬“艰苦创业、创新图强“的企业精神，认真履行“三个一流“的宗旨，**银行一定能在新的一年里取得新的胜利！
