今年我校女工委以县教育工会妇委会工作要点为指南,依法维护妇女儿童权益,立足家庭推进社会和谐,做好妇女权益保障法的学习宣传工作,团结动员学校广大女教职工为构建和谐社会而努力,为学校的发展和北碚区的职业教育事业作贡献,全面贯彻落实科学发展观。一、结合开展“争创学习型工会,做学习型职工”活动,在提高教师业务素质方面做好下列工作:首先,鼓励女教师参加各种提高个人学历层次的专业学习,其次,积极创造机会推荐女教师参加各种短期培训班,为在各自的教学岗位上成为学科带头人奠定知识基础;其中,女工委主任汤海燕被派往马来西亚学习英语,王洁梅,储小惠,范从月被送往南通大学参加引智培训;再次,大力开展教师业务素质大比武活动,组织年轻女教师参加全校的教学比武活动。要求女教工,增强育人意识,抓住一切机会提高岗位技能和业务素质,在管理育人、服务育人的岗位上争做贡献。
二、继续深化文明家庭建设,为和谐社会夯实基础大力开展和谐家庭建设,把和谐家庭建设作为新时期文明家庭创建的主题;继续开展“五好文明家庭”评选活动,以此为契机,全面推进家庭创建活动。引导学校女教职工和男教职工的家庭以德治家,文明立家,平安保家,节约持家,和谐兴家,形成各具特色的家庭;同时在全校广泛开展创建节约型、环保型家庭的活动。增强广大家庭成员的环保和节约意识,为节约资源,保护环境做出贡献。进一步拓展“巾帼建功”活动。充分调动和发挥学校女教职工的潜能,使广大女教职工踊跃参与创建“巾帼文明岗”活动,立足岗位建功、岗位成才,为学校的发展贡献自己的聪明才智
三、加大学习宣传力度,切实维护妇女儿童合法权益为依法维护妇女儿童权益,按照上级部门布置,我校女工委把维权宣传纳入重点工作,大力宣传和推动实施新修订的《妇女权益保障法》,提高依法维护妇女权益的意识,进一步增强学校女教职工遵纪守法、依法维护自身权益的能力。同时,结合上级工作布置,开展以“职工红丝带健康行动”为主题的相关活动;关注贫困女职工、女家属、退休女职工等妇女儿童的权益保护问题,为贫困妇女和失学儿童办好事、做实事、解难事,深入实施“春蕾计划”。四,扎实服务,科学管理,促进发展1、三八妇女节为女工,妇科检查。
2、对生病住院和生育的女同志及时到家中或医院里去慰问,将组织的温暖送到每个人的心中。为整岁生日的职工,教师送鲜花,蛋糕。将组织的温暖送到每个人的心中。
3、开展“爱校、爱生、爱岗、爱家”主题的研讨会,以明确每个女教工在学校改革与发展中所处的地位。与此同时,提高自己处理家庭与工作关系的能力。
4、对女教工进行有效的心理咨询,及时解除工作上、生活上的烦恼,以旺盛的精力投入到日常的工作中去。
5我校女工委结合学校的实际情况,十分注重教学技能,各教研组举办了说课,上课,制作课件评比活动。女教师们在活动中不断挑战自我、战胜自我,从而提高了自身的综合素质。
6我们还重视文化活动,今年我们举办了健身大赛如乒乓球、羽毛球、排球、跳绳和十佳歌手比赛,充分调动了女教师、女职工的热情,满足了对文化健身的需求,组织爱好文体活动的人和学生们一起参与庆“国庆”晚会,丰富了校园文化生活
、7动员广大女教师、女职工开展捐资助困献爱心活动。开展“扶贫助学”活动,号召女教师、女职工发扬勤俭节约、奉献爱心、助人为乐的精神,把钱捐到学校的扶贫基金,今年全校师生共捐款两万元,利用扶贫基金为特困生发放助学金,减轻他们的负担。
一年来,在全体老师和女教师的共同努力下,取得了可喜的成绩,学校被评为学校,蔡金玲老师参加县优质课评比获一等奖,并代表海安去市参赛获二等奖,季宜红老师参加县优质课评比获一等奖,薛美娟老师,仲海燕老师,钱静老师,丁秀芹老师,许老师,袁茂兰老师参加县优质课评比获二等奖,陈志梅老师被评为县教坛新秀。薛美娟老师201*年11月《英语课堂中的体态语》参加海安英语教育学会论文比赛一等奖,201*年参加县优质课评比获一等奖,201*年11月《活动教育在基础英语教学中的中国重要性》发表在《中学课程辅导(教学研究)》,201*年2月《一节高中英语课的课例流程》发表在《中学课程辅导版》,201*年7月唤醒阅读意识,提升写作能力发表在《中学生英语》,201*年12月《强化元认知策略意识,促进学生阅读能力提升》发表在《海外英语》。
