文件名称文件编号检验程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制订审核6.1.1检验申请时间名义上需提前3个工作日向宏梦公司QC部负责人或采购员提出申请,(周五下午不接受下星期一的检验工作申请);且需要邮件形式知会相关宏梦采购员完成进度.如特别情况可以放松到提前1个工作日向宏梦采购或品质负责人提出申请(邮件形式申请).6.1.2工厂检验申请首先要确认是否有收到来自宏梦公司的SEALSAMPLE.(因为无SEALSAMPLE之下的检验结果通常是待定.6.2采购检验申请6.2.1采购如需要安排QC检验时,必须提前一天提出书面申请,(此过程可以电话检验员预约检验安排).以便追踪到QC工作行程.6.2.2当采购商品临时出现紧急出货的情况下,且QC时间安排上许可时,采购可以电话直接约QC检验,但必须EMAIL告知品质负责人.(事后照常补上)6.2.3采购员在上必须清楚的填写相关的信息,如:工厂地址,工厂联系人和电话等等.6.2.4采购员提出检验申请时,必须要提供相关的资料.如:订单资料,箱麦资料,包装详细等等.7QC检验员工作细则QC必须每天要查看邮件,检查是否有检验安排.当邮件有检验申请时,QC必须要提前电话向工厂确认产品完成进度和预约检验时出差检验前,QC必须要在宏梦OA系统提出出差检验申请.(详细说明出差事项)到工厂时,应该礼貌的向工厂自我介绍和来厂目的.清点产品完成总数量和查看仓库环境(如发现环境恶劣,可在报告备注栏加以说明)7.5.1成品完成,单独包装完成有80%;入外箱有50%.---直接进入检验工作.7.5.2成品完成50%;单独包装有10%,无外箱装,(所有包装材料到工厂).可以有以下两种方式进行检验工作.(但必须检验员必须要电话知会宏梦采购或品质负责人)保涵检验---最终检验.中期检验---报告备注栏注明间.文件名称文件编号检验程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制订审核7.5.3成品完成数量不足50%,且无任何包装,也无包装材料到工厂.---中期检验.按照AQL抽样原则和总箱数开方加一的方法进行抽箱且盖章加以标识.对外箱包装材质,箱麦标识,包装方法进行确认并拍照.抽出两箱产品进行相关的模拟运输测试.常用的测试有投箱测试.(参考检查单独包装(参照SEALSAMPLE)且拍照检查包装的完好性.检查包装材料检查包装上的图文,相关的警告标识语和条码.检查包装方法,产品的包装方法.检查包装内产品/配件数量检查产品(参照SEALSAMPLE)且拍照产品的安全性外观和结构评估产品的可靠性外观,装饰部分和结构.产品的功能检查产品的标识检查产品的安全性和可靠性测试.缺陷产品归类和判定且拍照填写检验报告报告确认7.13.1同工厂负责人讲解报告且签名确认(工厂签名承认检验结果)7.13.2如果检验结果不合格,检验员需想工厂负责人了解问题原因和改善方案及其返工时间等.(有必要时,报告上备注栏可以注明)电话回宏梦公司采购员汇报检验结果,且回传报告给公司.GD-WI-QADP-019模拟运输测试)8验货细则验货与时间地点,产品价值和产品特性的关系来回行程时间超过9个小时的工厂检验如产品批量价值在RMB2万元以内的,可以选择在本公司的仓库进行检验.(但工厂必文件名称文件编号检验程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制订审核须要出示该产品的功能和安全性质量保证书.---因为仓库检验只能确认比较表面的外观质量问题).如检验时发现产品外观严重受损或功能性的影响.则该批货直接判定为REJ.如产品批量价值在RMB2万至RMB3万元之间,包装简单,无特别功能且产品外观和功所有产品功能和外观复杂且容易受运输过程影响的,必须要在大货生产前QC/QA前8.2.1此种情况下,批量价值少于RMB5000的产品,且来回车程时间超过6个小时,可以选择在仓库检验.但工厂必须要保证产品运输过程的外观和功能的完好性(出示该产品的功能和安全性质量保证书)如检验时发现产品外观严重受损或功能性的影响.则该批货直接判定为REJ.8.2.2批量价值在万元以上,检验工作必须在工厂进行.且当场出具检验报告.8.3仓库检验,不适合做模拟运输测试.8.4工厂检验时候根据产品特性,参考GD-WI-QAP-009来对产品进行检测.8.5所有检验结果不合格的,工厂必须要针对检验报告反映的质量问题进行改善和返工,且重新申请检验…重验所花费差旅费用工厂承担.9参考资料10记录11验货流程图能不受运输过程影响,那么产品可以选择在仓库检验.往工厂进行质量保证工作的检测和评估,且跟进工厂的改善结果.参考宏梦公司内部QADP系列质量检测指引参考宏梦公司内部QACP系列质量保证&控制方针文件检验工作预约(同工检验报告工厂确认签名且传回公司预约时间不符合行程确认符合行程安排文件名称文件编号检验程序GD-QACP-002文件版本DaviesAlpha日期日期ADec-22-201*Dec-23QUALITYASSURE&CONTROLPOLICIES制订审核

关于F&F产品(带海绵等填充物的家具,椅子,沙发,坐垫等)上的永久性防火标签,有几点还需要强调一下:
1)如果标签是缝上或钉上的,则自动认为是永久性标签,不需要撕下来进行测试.
2)如果标签不是缝上或钉上的,(如贴上的),则要撕下来检查标签本身是否被破坏(5PCS),如果已被破坏,则认为标签是永久性的,可以接受.如果标签可以被完整的取下而没有被破坏,则该标签不可以接受,REJECT报告.
另外,要仔细拍照,并把标签贴在报告上传回公司.

在HOMEBASE验货中,如果同一批验货(同一份报告)包括两款或两款以上的产品,而其中任何一款产品的DEFECT总数量(MAJOR+MINOR)超过AQL允许值总数(MAJOR+MINOR)的70%,报告结果就要ONHOLD,即使各款产品的DEFECT总数没有超过AQL允许值.例如:

1)对于HOMEBASE验货,请当天一定把整份草稿报告传回深圳OFFICE，无论结果是PASS/ONHOLD还是REJECTED，我会统一发给STRUK和ARGHK.
2)但如果验货无法于5：30PM前完成,(或在周末)，请亲自传真到UK或ARGHK，(PASS报告传PAGE1,ONHOLD/REJECTED传整份)

从现在开始,ARGOS/HOMEBASE检验电器/电子产品时,报告中必须附上电器配件的核查表,见附件.填写完后随草稿报告一起传回公司.
表格中属于TYPE(A)的配件是可替换配件,但是,替换配件的各项电器指标必须和客户资料中指定配件的电器指标一致,而且该替换配件必须有相关证书(CERTIFICATE),才可以接受,
TYPE(A)--如果替换配件能提供相关证书但电器指标不完全符合,就要研究过再作决定(CASEBYCASE)
表格中属于TYPE(B)的配件必须和客户资料一致,如果不符合,报告结果就要ONHOLD
表格的填写方法:
验货中产品的所有电器配件(如PLUG/FUSE/POWERCORD/LAMPHOLDER...)都要列入表格中,在"SEQ"栏填写序号,
在"INSPECTIONFINDING"栏填写配件的电器指标,
如果实际配件和客户资料一致,就在"OK2"栏化圈表示符合,
如果实际配件的指标和客户资料不一致,就在"INSPECTIONFINDING"和"CUSTOMER
SPECIFICATION"分别填写,然后在"OK2)"栏化圈或叉表示电器指标符合/不符合,在"CERT3)"栏化圈或叉表示是否提供了相关证书

2)对于木制家具以外的产品,如果一次验货中包含多款产品,仍然延用旧的方法,报告中也不用加这个表格,但是有些变化:
若其中任何一款产品的DEFECT总数如果超过50%MAJOR+MINOR(AQL允许值),只需要REMARK在报告中,如果超过70%MAJOR+MINOR(AQL允许值),则报告结果要ONHOLD
