舒客商务酒店工程部201*年度总结
201*年度、工程部在完成各项基础工作日常工作的同时、协助其他兄弟部门完成了新增制作项目、设备维修等方面的工作，完成了总办领导下达的工作；向酒店领导汇报了有些管理方面的看法和思路，得到了领导的认同和赞赏。总的来说，不足大于成绩，责任与压力同在，后续将继续围绕酒店大局和持续发展履行职责，努力做好各项工作。
本年主要完成工作大致如下
（1）完成了客房走廊地毯改造协助工程，（2）完成了三、四楼内圈房通风改造工程（3）完成了308房间改造工程（4）完成了走廊照明改造工程（5）完成了麻将房照明改造工程
（6）完成了区域WiFi无线上网信号覆盖工程（7）完成了联通手机信号覆盖协助工程
（8）完成了移动手机信号前期协助工程（近期即将安装覆盖）
（9）完成了热水泵、空调循环泵、锅炉循环泵等设备的清洗及保养工程（10）完成了客房部分电脑升级和系统安装维护工程（11）完成了工程部办公室搬迁工程
（12）完成了客房花洒更新更换、排风清洗、洗热冷水标识牌粘贴、卫生间电话
分机拆除、空调清洗及部分房间吹风机更换
（13）完成了三、四楼脏布草存放间的制作工程（14）完成了五楼洗浴10个单人床钉做工程（15）完成了清理五楼杂货间1间房子工程
本年来针对工程上存在的问题可分为以下几点：
1、培训态度方面，个别员工浮于敷衍应付，笔记记录不够认真（当然从文化程度有高低之别除外）。2、部门运作存在问题：
部门管理人员的预见性有待于提高。员工技能参差不齐横向比较有高有低，纵向比较有优有劣，处理应变不灵活。3、设备管理存在问题：
酒店设备多且杂，预防性计划由于人员编制不够，检修力度不够投入不足。
总之酒店工程管理除了应具备对各种设备设施、各工种技术上的了解和精通外，还需要具备和上下级沟通协调的能力，发扬团队精神、加强爱岗敬业和职业道德的教养，努力提高管理水平。把工程部建设成为酒店一个新的创利润部门，为酒店创造更高的经济效益，是我们为之努力的奋斗的目标。
