今天能够参加这次的比赛，是学校领导和同事们给我的一个鼓励和肯定，非常感谢学校给我们提供这样一个认识自我、展示自我的平台。进入小学两年多来，我一直不断地努力做到最完美的自己，最成功、最称职的教师。作为一名年轻的英语教师，我想我的理论专业知识应该是一个很大的优势，那么如何将这一个优势转换为实践的能力，做一名称职的教师，是一直努力的方向和目标。
在我的理解当中，一名称职的教师，并不单单是学生眼中看到的好老师或者是口中的老师真好。一名称职的教师应该努力处好四个方面的关系，领导、同事、家长与学生。时时刻刻跟随领导的正确方向，与同事之间和谐相处、共同进步，家长们对你的肯定，学生各个方面的进步，四方面的和谐是我这两年努力地方向，可能也是我以后的二十年甚至更多年教师生涯努力地目标，我想未来的我，会是一个不断发展的我，积极努力地我。
