附加条款：
1.如委托方确信MTVa频道中任何节目的片段的播出可能或是将会侵害他人权益，可以临时撤消该节目或是通知被委托方采取措施，防止这类节目的转播。
2.委托方保留未言明授予被委托方的有关MTVa频道的一切权利。
3.被委托方同意，对于被委托方违反协议所造成的损失，委托方将不负任何责任，同时委托方的利益不受损害。
4.本协议一经签署，在本协议有效期内，被委托方不得提出解除协议，在此之后，被委托方如要解除协议，必须提前至少90天通知委托方。
5.中国国际电视总公司依照与MTV asia ldc签署的合作协议，在中国大陆地区独家代理MTVa频道的收费发行业务。
6.本协议及其附加条款，是委托方和被委托方共同达成的具有法律效力的约定，一经正式签署，双方都应严格执行。
7.被委托方保证（在接收、传送及播映MTVa频道之前）取得必要的权利、执照和批准等。
8.双方如无异议，本协议到期自动续延。
