一、指导意义
在21世纪的今天，英语在国际交流与对外活动中发挥着越来越大的的作用，作为新时代的中学生,学好英语,流畅口语是顺应社会发展所必备的素质。为了提高在校中学生的口语水平,丰富同学们的业余生活,同时增强校园英语学习的良好氛围,我校决定在十一中旬举办名为“渭北初中风采英语演讲比赛”的活动。
二、活动细则
1、活动名称：渭北初中风采英语演讲比赛
2、活动时间：十一月（具体时间按“比赛具体流程”）
3、活动对象：渭北初中全体学生
4、活动原则：公平、公正、活泼、交流、自信
5、活动形式：初赛、复赛、决赛
6、主办组织：渭北初中英语教研组
7、活动宣传：板报宣传、负责人通知
8、报名方式：学生报名时可以到自己所在班级英语课代表处报名
9、报名时间：自201*年10月20日开始，截止日期为201*年11月10号
三、工作人员安排

时间：11月26号下午2：00—5：30
地点：学校多媒体教室
演讲主题：
决赛由两部分组成：
1、先进行定题演讲（限时3分钟），定题演讲是参赛选手围绕赛前给定的主题，写好演讲稿进行演讲；
2、演讲结束后，评委提问一个问题，选手回答限时1分钟。评委用英语提问，可以是与选手演讲主题有关的问题、选手在演讲过程中涉及的问题，也可以是评委感兴趣的问题，选手一律用英语进行回答。
评分标准：
参赛选手的分数由两部分组成
1、定题演讲部分（该部分占总分的70％）
2、回答问题部分（该部分占总分的30％）
评分细则为：

3、仪态仪表 10分

5、总体印象 10分
6、应变能力（回答问题） 15分

决赛具体流程：
下午 1：30 负责老师与学生会成员入场准备活动前期工作
1：40全体师生入场
1：50由活动主持人介绍此次活动的主要目的等事项
2：00 由校领导致开幕词，并宣布活动开始
2：15 活动正式开始
2：15—3：30 第一组选手进行比赛（75分钟）
3：30—3：45 由学生会为全体师生唱首歌
3：45—5：00 第二组选手进行比赛（75分钟）
5：00—5：20 演讲结束，比赛进入评奖阶段。
5：30 主持人公布获奖名单，校领导进行颁奖，比赛结束，由校长做总结陈词。
五、活动具体要求
1、活动负责人提前30分钟入场
2、活动过程中要求参赛人员要维护现场秩序，保持全场安静，并要求把手机调到震动或者关机状态。

为贯彻教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》，继续深化大学英语课程教学改革，展示和进一步提高大学生英语口语表达能力，激发大学生学习英语的积极性，根据省大学生科技竞赛委员会第六届浙江省大学生英语演讲竞赛通知精神，经研究，决定举行衢州学院201*年大学生英语演讲竞赛暨第六届浙江省大学生英语演讲竞赛选拔赛。现将本次竞赛的有关事项通知如下：
