实习处半期工作总结

半期以来，实习处在校长室的领导下，在三个专业部和各处室的协调配合下，紧紧围绕学校的工作重心，重视实习实训常规管理、注重制度建设，制定了一系列规范实训教学流程的制度和措施、以省市技能大赛为突破口，狠抓教师专业技能教学质量，较好完成了学校交办的各项具体工作，现简要总结如下。一、重视实习实训常规管理

1.开学初，召开了机电类专业实训课教师会、计算机机房上课教师会，提出了进一步规范实训课上课流程的要求，重新设计了实训课教学日登记表与上机异动情况表，做到课堂情况有记录。实习处管理人员每天深入实训场地检查落实效果，及时追踪反馈实习过程中存在的问题。

2.规范实训课学期授课计划制定的程序，编制了授课计划统一的模板。要求专业实训课以备课组为单位，认真研究学情，分析专业培养目标、课程目标，根据学校实训条件制定实训进度计划，交由教研组长、实习处、主管校长审批。加大授课计划执行检查的力度，督导教师完成教学任务，确保专业课教学质量。

3.规范实训材料、成套实训仪器设备的请购程序，加强耗材、设备的使用和管理，建立了问题责任溯源体系。半期以来，及时处理了351班XXX因操作不当损坏车床、351班XXX和XXX私自将实习材料带出车间、336班雷斌故意踩坏键盘等问题。与同期相比，机房键盘、鼠标的更换降低了70%左右，数控与机加两个车间的刀具损耗也降低了30%，所有实训设备的完好率在95%以上，大大降低了设备的维护、维修成本。

4.定期召开学生座谈会，主动了解专业课教学中存在的问题。找330班、363班学生听取北大青鸟合作办学收费与课程开设的意见；深入326班反馈汇总学生校外见习情况，主动与智邦公司沟通，解决学生顾虑，并将所有问题分类汇总上交校长室。5.认真组织技能班半期考试。考前召开了命题教师会，规定了命题任务及要求，召开了监考老师与班主任务，对期中考试进行安排部署。为期3天的专业课考试秩序井然，没有发生考试事故。阅卷及登分工作准确及时。

二、狠抓学生技能竞赛和课外专业实践活动

1.开学初，在三个专业部的配合下，按省技能大赛的要求，成立数控、机电、电子、计算机四个项目的参赛训练小组，配备了强有力的指导老师，实习处统一指导，从训练内容、模拟测试、选手心理指导、竞技技巧等方面定期组织研讨，确保训练实效。

2.市技能选拔赛，学校派出6个项目参赛。其中数控铣、计算机数字影音后期制作、机电一体化产品装配与调试3个项目获市一等奖，数控车、电子产品装配与调试、及工业产品CAD设计3个项目获市二等奖。

3.省技能大赛，学校派出数控铣、计算机数字影音后期制作、机电一体化产品装配与调试、制冷与空调技术4个项目参赛，数控铣、计算机数字影音后期制作2个项目均获得了省二等奖。

4.组织参评县第十五届青少年科技创新活动。其中郭建恒与龚建军、王静、龚林荣、刘松柏、邓云峰等老师指导学生制作了防震报警器、尿湿报警器、安全报警器等5件作品，获得了大赛评委的好评，其中郭建恒与龚建军、王静、邓云峰老师指导的3件作品代表县教育局送至市局参评。王云雁老师指导的科创论文也被推荐到市局参评。王静指导的尿湿报警器代表市教育局送省教育厅参评。

5.做好科普示范县检查组参观实训场地的教学组织工作。检查组对实训场地设备环境、教学活动组织有序比较满意。三、有序组织学生参加了职业技能考证工作

1.4月9-17日组织307班、323班共42人到市财政局参加会计资格从业证书考试。考前按考纲要求，进行强化训练，组织了2次模拟测试，预计通过率较高。2.4月24日组织了57人参加市安监局电工和电焊工2个特种作业上岗证考试。

3.4月27日组织了252人参加市劳动局数控车工等8个工种的职业资格证考试。

4.组织技能班一年级学生参加市计算机应用能力与英语水平统一考试报名工作。

四、加强实训教学制度建设，规范管理流程、提高管理水平

1.开学初，实习处组织撰写了《文化素质课教学改革方案》、《专业理论课课堂教学改革方案》、《专业实训课课堂教学改革方案》一系列教学教改方案，为本期专业课堂教学改革垫定了一基础。

2．组织拟定了《计算机机房管理暂行规定（讨论稿）》和《教室多媒体设备使用注意事项及要求》两个制度，确保实训流程规范，保证了上机实训有效时间，打造高效实训课堂。

3.召开201*级各专业教学计划撰写工作会，成立了我校201*级专业教学计划指导委员会，部署和安排各专业教学计划的撰写任务。五、抓好教师培训，提高教师教学教研水平

1.按省厅要求，组织了我校专业课教师201*年第一批省级培训报名工作。学校确定张静（计算机网络技术）、陈巍（电子技术应用）、武侠（电子电器应用与维修）、郭红艳（服装设计与工艺）、郑红梅（计算机应用技术）、邓小慧（数控技术应用）6位于5月10日赴长沙参加为期40天的专业培训，实习处做好了对应班级的调课工作。

2.根据湖南省教育厅《关于湖南省教育科学“十二五”规划201*年度课题申报工作的通知》要求，实习处组织申报了《“深度融合,互利共赢”校企合作长效机制研究》（夏建成主持）和《中职课程改革与创新研究数控专业学习网站建设》（龚林荣主持）两个省级课题。

六、精心准备材料，迎接职业教育专项督导评估检查1.协助职成办完成省职业教育专项评估工作的资料统筹安排工作，整理全县201*年－201*年共三个年度的招生汇总、毕业生就业安置汇总以及职教中心各项培训、乡镇农校培训人次汇总。协调分解评估材料各处室的任务。

2.集中整理、归档评估材料，接受市、县两级教育局的前期视导检查。检查组对学校前期准备工作给予了充分的肯定，也指出了需要整改的部分材料。
