转正工作总结
回眸近两个月工作,本人有良好的职业道德和较强的责任心。在平时工作中,对自己严格要求,认真执行各项规章制度,积极主动,认真负责。在管理公司对我能力的信任下,主要负责采购监督、供应商管理、采购制度规范、制定采购计划、印刷品等采购部全面工作。一、现将两个月来的工作情况总结如下:
1、前期主要熟悉部门制度、工作职责和清楚认识各店原材料
等。
2、认真完成采购部日常管理和采购计划。
3、及时了解所需原材料的市场行情,并与供应商取得联系在
每月规定的时间定价。
4、督促采购员时刻保持清醒头脑、廉洁奉公、不谋私利、树
立公司良好的形象。
5、对菌类市场进行了源头寻找并进行了成本分析:由于大部
分菌类生产基地品种单一且不配送,通过分析自购成本要高于现供货商供货成本,最后决定继续寻找菌类源头。
二、存在的问题和今后努力方向:
两个月来,虽然对自己的工作有了一定的了解,但也存在一些问题和不足,主要表现在:第一,对原材料的认知度不够;第二,对市场的了解不够充分;第三,和供应商的谈判技巧不够熟练;第四,对原材料源头的寻找不够到位。
在今后的工作里,自己认真提高业务、工作水平。我应努力做到:第一,加强学习,拓宽知识面,努力学习采供管理专业知识;第二,为使公司采购工作走上制度化、规范化,合理控制成本和提高采购工作效率,继续加强采购制度的建设;第三,寻找酒楼主要原材料的源头,长期不懈(家禽屠宰市场,用量较大干杂源头,部分冻品源头,菌类源头等);第四,继续做好采购监督和供应商管理等工作。
