研讨课总结
本次研讨课,历时两个月,现已经圆满结束,总结如下:第一、研讨课主讲教师准备充分,认真。从备课到上课所需教具等都做了很好的准备,为生动、形象、直观讲解教材起到很好的效果。
第二、在课前集体备课环节上,同科教师发言踊跃,给讲课老师提出不少课堂设计建议,尤其对新教师帮助更大,讲课教师进行了中心发言,谈自己要讲课的教学设计,尤其要充分展示自己拿手绝活及新课改新教法训练项目,很是尽心尽力。
第三、讲课教师,在讲所备研究课时,发挥很出色,基本达到了自己的预想效果及设计要求,展示了自己的风采,改进了教法,收到了较好的效果。
第四、在评课环节上,同科老师开诚布公,畅所欲言,给主讲教师提出很多很好的建议,对于今后教学,无论是主讲人,还是其他教师,都有很大帮助。
尽管如此,本次研讨课也还存在一些问题。
第一、新课改的精神领会不够深刻,仍有穿新鞋走老路之态,讲的过多,让学生活动的相对较少。
第二、新教法,如分组讨论还流于形式,没有落到实处。只是徒有其架式,没有起到应有的讨论气氛和没有很好的使多数学生真正发表见解,主动参与。
教师讲课,提出的问题时,没有充分放手,让学生表述自己的见
解,所给时间也不够。
总之,本次研讨课,主流还是起到了很好的研讨效果,使大部分教师有了很大的收益。对今后的教学有了一个明确的导向作用。使多数老师明确了今后努力的方向。促使他们不断从这一方向上去多自学相关知识,不断完善和充实自己,为成为新一轮课改中“新教师”而去不懈努力。
