1、继续开拓会议市场。加大会议的促销和开发,在每月初及时了解本月的会议信息,对会议的各项要求进行一一落实,与相关部门进行及时沟通、协调,认真接待好每一次大中小型会议,精心细致地做好每次会议的接待工作。在会议市场的开发上,加大信息捕捉,量身度势,加大会议接待的宣传力度,今年逐步开拓了一批新的商务会议客源,同时注意加强了与会展公司、会议代办机构和旅行社会议接待中心等的合作,充分利用他们的会议接待平台和业务销售,进行宣传自己,同时争取了一定的会议客源。

2、稳定旅游团队市场。在过去的半年里,通过严谨细致的市场调查后,结合酒店的实际情况,制定了相应的接待价格政策和接待方案,加大了与协议旅行社的回访和联络,提高了客房入住率。3、努力开展网络订房业务。网络订房现在已经成为各类型宾客公务出差、旅游、商务活动的选择入住宾馆的方式之一。为同网络订房中

心实现资源共享、市场共拓,宾馆拟让利的方式,选择了几家网络订房中心,尝试性的进行合作,如携程等知名订房中心,力求在利用网络信息资源,开拓一条有利于酒店经营发展的营销渠道。二、营销部在工作中存在的不足

半年来,经过部门员工的共同努力,取得了一定成绩,但我们也清醒的认识到:我们的工作中仍存在一些不足:

1、销售队伍不稳定,由于种种原因销售人员紧缺,特别是有销售经验的人员,而且对销售人员的培训力度也亟待加强。

2、信息的捕捉和处理能力有所欠缺,具体表现在:一是缺乏把握市场信息的能力,在信息高度发达的现代社会,信息一纵而过,有一些有效的信息在我们身边流过,但是我们没有抓住。二是缺乏信息的交流,使很多有效的信息白白流失和工作的被动。在今后的工作中,应采取有效的措施,发挥信息的作用,加大信息的交流,提高信息的处理能力,强化内部信息的沟通。

3、与宾客间的互动不足。营销部在日常的工作中,除了会议接待的过程中有较少的与顾客。面对面交流的时间,其它几乎没有机会与宾客交流。或者说存在这样的机会我们在无意间就放过了。我们无法知道顾客需要什么,无法获得宾客在酒店消费的直观感受,甚至有投诉或建议宾客都有可能找不到表达的对象。这样就很难给宾客创造宾至如归,温馨如家的消费体验。三、201*年下半年工作计划1、努力使散客的入住率上一个台阶

营销部的下半年主要工作之一将放在提高散客入住率上。我们拥有良好的区位优势与便利的交通条件。我们会利用所有可能的工具(网络、报刊、杂志及短消息的应用)加大对酒店的宣传力度。力争全年在散客的入住率上有较大提高。2、加强与各大旅行社间联系

下半年拟定在“十一”旅游黄金周到来之前,与各大旅行社之间建立起长期的合作关系,使得这些旅行社有意向将团队安排到我们酒店,以确保酒店客房的收入。

3、加强主题、价格、渠道营销策略的应用

下半年营销部将会根据不同的节日、不同的季节制定相应的营销方案,综合运用价格、产品及渠道策略将酒店的客房,棋牌,餐饮组合销售。使酒店在竞争中始终处于主动的地位,以最大限度的吸引顾客,从而保障酒店经营目标的完成。4、加强部门间的沟通协作

建立良好的沟通机制是有效实施营销方案和完美服务顾客的保障。因此营销部会一如既往地积极主动地与各部门进行沟通协作,相互配合。以一个整体面对顾客,充分发挥酒店整体营销活力,创造最佳效益

下半年,营销部继续探索,继续努力,力争各项工作都有起色,有突破,有创新,取得销售业绩的提升。“天道酬勤”,有付出,才会有回报,营销部全体努力奋进必将取得一份累累硕果。
